Return and Exchange

Policy:

• You can return or exchange the items online within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging (in its transparent layer), complete, in perfect condition with its original purchase invoice.
• In case of receiving a faulty item, we guarantee to exchange it (only the pump of the product is not primed)

Shipping cost:

• The customer will have to cover the fees for the exchange/return orders.
• The fee 25 AED.
• Cash on delivery charges SAR 10 will be deducted from the refund

Policy for promotions, discounts, and promo code:

Please review it on our website during the period of promotions, discounts, and promo code.

Returns process:

• Send an email to info@manceraparfums.ae with the following:
• Order number
• Product number
• Product name
• Product Price
• Request (Return or Exchange)
• New items
• The reason
• Indicate the suitable pickup time (Date and time 9am to 5pm)

Note: If the payment is cash on delivery, please provide us with the full bank details

• We will review your request and will send you the Airway bell (Return shipment number) through E-mail within 48 hr.
• When the shipping company received the item/s, we will start the refund or make the exchange.
• If the payment credit card the refund will be to your card (will take 4 to 14 days from the submit)
• If the payment cash on delivery the refund will be to your bank account (will take 4 to 14 days)
